What is the process?

Book Free Consultation
Book a FREE WEIGHT LOSS CONSULTATION with our nurse practitioner. Then, fill out our INTAKE FORM and CONSENT at least 1 hour prior to your scheduled appointment. This form asks questions related to your health history, medications, allergies, and previous weight loss experiences.

Consultation
Meet our nurse practitioner online for your scheduled telehealth consultation. She will ask a few more questions to fully understand your weight loss goals and she will make recommendations as to which weight loss plan will best fit your needs.

Medication Ships to You
Once you choose the Weight Loss Plan that best fits your needs, we will charge your credit card and order your medication. Then the pharmacy will ship your medication directly to your door!
